Abstract EN

The research depicts the rule of Islamic law in some matters of worship and transactions during the outbreak of epidemic infection diseases and how the Islamic sharia was concerned with preserving muslim's life, which is the second of the five essential legislative goals.

And how the Islamic legal rulings may move from obligatory to mitigation and then to hatred and prohibition, in order to preserve these targets especially during the time of spread of infections diseases, weather that epidemic spread in one country without another or did the matter evolve to be a pandemic in most countries of the world, as it is today and what the whole world witnessed from the spread of the epidemic like the corona pandemic and the stages of its development from its appearance in a country and its transfer to other countries, so it turned from an epidemic to a pandemic and out of control of the authorities concerned with this at the global level represented by WHO, or at the level of countries represented by the ministries if health system in those countries, including developed ones in their health system.
