Arabic Abstract

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة ابرز معوقات العملية التعليمية التربوية في العراق من وجهة نظر التدريسيينالجامعيين، وقد اجري البحث على عينة من تدريسيي جامعة واسط و الذين بدورهم يمثلون نموذجا عنالتدريسيين في الجامعات العراقية، اعتمد الباحثان استبانة مكونة من ) 41 ( فقرة موزعة على اربع مجالاتهي: مجال التدريسي ) 11( فقرة، مجال الطالب ) 12 ( فقرة، مجال المنهج الدراسي ) 11( فقرة، مجال الأبنية المدرسية7( فقرات، وتم استعمال الوسائل الإحصائية في التحليل الإحصائي: ) معامل ارتباط بيرسون، الوسط المرجح (، النسبة المئوية (، وفيما يخص ابرز النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث فكانت: قلة خطيرة في أعداد الأبنية المدرسية، و افتقارها لأبسط التجهيزات و المختبرات العلمية، و كثرة العطل و المناسبات الوطنية و الدينية الرسمية التيتؤثر سلبا على انتظام الدوام و إتمام المنهج الدراسي، مع تلكؤ في تسليم المناهج و الكتب المدرسية لمعظم المدارسفي المواقيت المحددة، فضلا عن تأثير وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على المستوى العلمي للطلبة، و قرارات الدورالتكميلي )الثالث( و احتساب سنوات عدم رسوب، و ازدحام الصفوف الدراسية بأعداد الطلبة التي أثرت علىتركيز الطلبة و مدى استيعابهم للمادة العلمية، و افتقار المعلم و المدرس للدورات التطويرية المستمرة، و تجاوزبعض الطلبة على المدرس دون قانون رادع، مع ضعف التواصل بين المدرس و أولياء أمور الطلبة.

English Abstract

This research aims to know the most prominent obstacles to the educational processin Iraq from the viewpoint of university lecturers.

The research was conductedon a sample of Wasit University teachers، who in turn represent a model for teachersin Iraqi universities، The researchers adopted a questionnaire consisting of (41)items distributed over four fields: the teaching field (11)، the student's field (12)، the curriculum field (11)، the school building area (7) items، and statistical methodswere used.

The following is included in the statistical analysis (Pearson correlationcoefficient، weighted mean، percentage)، and with regard to the most prominent resultsof the research were: a serious lack of school buildings، and its lack of numeratorand scientific laboratories، and the large number of holidays and official nationaland religious events that negatively affect the regularity Continuity and completionof the school curriculum، with delay in the delivery of space The approach andtextbooks of most schools in the specified times، as well as the impact of social mediaon the scientific level of students، the decisions of the supplementary role (thethird) and the calculation of years of failure that negatively affected students، and thecrowding of classrooms with the numbers of students that affected the concentrationof students and the extent of their orption of the scientific subject، The teacherand teacher lack of continuous development courses، and some students exceededthe teacher without a deterrent law، with poor communication between the teacherand the parents of the students.
