جاء هذا البحث بعنوان: سلطة الدولة في حظر المباح و الاثر الشرعي المترتب بنقل عدوى (COVID- 19)تناول هذا البحث أمرا مستجدا، و نازلة جديدة اجتاحت العالم وعمت بها البلوى؛ لذلك كان لزاما على جميعالدول و الانظمة التعامل مع هذه الجائحة التي وصلت الى جميع البلاد تقريبا، فقد ظهر تأثيره على المجتمعاتفي شتى مجالات الحياة؛ الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و الدينية و العلمية و الصحية مما اضطر الدول الى سن قوانينجديدة لتفادي خطر هذا الوباء، و من هذه القوانين حظر كثير من الامور المباحة، و هذا ما فعله علماء الشريعةالاسلامية مع هذه النازلة، وجاء هذا البحث لبيان الاحكام التي فرضها هذا الوباء على الدولة و رعاياها، و بياناحكام الشرع فيما يخص المكلف في ظل هذه الجائحة.

a new descent that has engulfed the world; So that's why it All States and regimeshad to deal with it this research looked at sThis research is entitled: State power to prohibit perjuryLegal effect of transmissionomething new With this pandemicreaching almost all of the country، Its impact on societies has emerged in variousspheres ofeconomic، social، religious، scientihic and health this has forced States to enactnew laws to avert the threat of the pandemic، These include the prohibition of manypermissive matters، And that's what Islamic scholars have done with this comingdown، This research shows the provisions imposed by the epidemic on the State andits citizens، and to indicate the provisions of the bill in respect of the taxpayer underthe pandemic.
