Abstract EN

The study aimed to investigate the quality of educational service and its relationship to the university image among students.

And it relied on the survey method and was conducted on a sample of (231) students and concluded that the level of educational service quality in Yemen's universities is average, and that the dimensions of service quality are average too, And came in order, trust, reliability ,material aspects, sympathy with students, and responsiveness.

The study also showed that students had a positive image of universities to some extent, and there was a positive correlation between perception of service quality and the image of university amon students.

The results also revealed statistically significant differences in students’ perception of service quality based on the variations in variables of university and college, and The image of the university varies according to the college of the respondents.
