Abstract EN

A call center is a centralized office used for the purpose of receiving and transmitting a large volume of requests by telephone.

this paper discusses the hotels call center using GIS.

the motivation is no call center for tourism in Khartoum north.

the objectives are build geodatabase for call center, design the base map for hotels, and build and design hotels call center.

the importance's support the decision makers or tours.

the methodologies include three phase: analysis, design and implementation.

the results include, first: hotels geodatabase, second : hotels base maps and third : implementation hotels call center.

the recommendations to implementation this model for Khartoum north tourism service.
