Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the impact of transformational leadership in its dimensions (inspirational motivation, ideal influence, individual considerations) in human resources performance with its dimensions (work productivity, work quality, behavioral aspect) at private Jordanian universities.

to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, the study relied on descriptive and explanatory approach whereas the study population consists of all employees in higher management from (university president, vice president, deans) in the Jordanian private universities in Amman, which numbered (8) universities; (Amman Arab university, Israa university, al-Zaytoonah university, princess Sumaya university for technology, middle east university al-Ahliyya Amman university, the private applied sciences university, university of Petra), and the sample was selected by using the survey method (comprehensive enumeration), which showed that the comprehensive sampling for the study sample is (98) individuals, which represents all members of the study population.

to analyze the collected data, the results showed a statistically significant impact of transformational leadership on human resources performance, and the existence of the impact of transformational leadership on work productivity, work quality, and behavioral aspect.

in light of this, the study recommended the necessity of promoting the use of transformational leadership in private Jordanian universities to raise the performance of their employees, and thus raise their overall performance.

and the need for participation and dialogue between leaders and their subordinates and hearing their suggestions that could raise the university’s performance.
