Abstract EN

This study aimed to find out the impact of transformational and authentic leadership in talent management at telecommunications companies in Jordan, and the study sample consisted of (350) elements of all managers in the upper and middle management at (3) Jordanian telecommunications companies (Orange, Zain, Ummiah).

the study conducted a comprehensive survey of all study population elements, a questionnaire was prepared as a tool to collect data and used several statistical methods to answer the study questions and test its hypotheses, using the statistical package (smart-pls, 3), and used quantitative statistical approach and its type (inferential descriptive), the study reached a set of results, the most important of them are : the level of transformational leadership with their dimensions have reached greater high degree, and the level of authentic leadership with their dimensions have reached high degree, and the level of talent management have reached lower high degree than transformational leadership on five Likert scale at Jordanian telecommunications companies.

the results of study also indicated that there is a statistically significant impact of transformational leadership & authentic leadership on talent management at Jordanian telecommunications companies, and there is a statistically significant impact transformational leadership on talent management at Jordanian telecommunications companies, it also indicated that there is a statistically significant effect of authentic leadership on talent management at Jordanian telecommunications companies.

the study recommended the necessity of the Jordanian telecommunications companies to continued their interest in transformational and authentic leadership, ensuring that transformational and authentic leaders are inculcated with their managers, and continuing to develop the skills and capabilities of their leaders and to direct them towards the application of transformative leadership and authentic leadership.
