Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the impact of talent management strategies and organizational excellence from manager's perspectives.

the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach.

the study population consists of all managers of the upper, middle, and supervisory departments (managers, their assistants and deputies, directors of departments, and branch managers) of the (24) Iraqi commercial banks.

the study population consist of (590) managers.

a survey set were designed and distributed to the study population..

the study result shows that and the most : there is a positive impact of talent management strategies with its dimensions (talent recruitment, talent development, and talent keeping) on organizational excellence with its dimensions(internal operations excellence, organizational structure excellence, and leadership excellence based on respondents' perspectives in Iraqi commercial banks, the study recommended that the Iraqi commercial banks required more attention for practicing talent management strategies for the purpose of attracting talent from its various sources, whether internal or external, as well as taking all necessary measures to develop talent by conducting various training courses that developing talent people skills and capabilities, and more attention to talent retention for stimulating work environment that helps preserve talented individuals and achieving organizational excellence.
