Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level of authentic happiness among volunteer workers.

it also aimed to find out if there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample individuals on the list of authentic happiness due to the variable of ,gender and marital status.

the sample consisted of (36) volunteer members of Kafel Elyatim association, Barika, who were purposive sample (16) females and (20) males, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used and the list of authentic happiness was applied by martin Seligman and Christopher Peterson the results showed the following : individuals practicing volunteer work are characterized by a high level of authentic happiness.

there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample members in the due to the variable of gender, and marital status (married / single).
