Abstract EN

This study aims to find out the relationship between coping strategies in managing occupational stress among primary education teachers in light of the corona pandemic, and to reveal the level of primary education teachers' use of coping strategies, and the level of professional pressures among the research sample in light of the corona pandemic.

in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted, whereby a sample of primary education teachers from various primary schools in Ain Defla canton was selected in a simple randomized method consisting of (140) teachers.

this study was based on data collection on the scale of confrontation strategies, which consists of (23) paragraph, and the occupational stress scale, which contains (26) items.

after presenting the data, processing it statistically and interpreting it in the light of the available previous studies, the results resulted in the following : - there is no statistically significant relationship between coping strategies in managing occupational stress among primary school teachers in light of the corona pandemic.

- the level of primary education teachers' use of coping strategies is medium to manage professional pressures in light of the corona pandemic.

- the level of professional pressure for primary education teachers is high in light of the corona pandemic.
