The Arabic language, with all its sciences, is a material for literary creativity and expression in its various manifestations.
therefore, the language is not only a means of thinking and communication, but also an important means of preserving the cultural and intellectual heritage of nations.
if language is so, writing is the effective way through which all the functions of the language are achieved.
it is also the pot in which all the sciences of language fuse, namely its grammar, morphology, literature, criticism and rhetorics.
it is there where the grammatical syntax integrates into the semantic context and the science of meanings.
the verbal lexicon in the literary text intersects with the morphological derivation to ultimately perform several functions, the most prominent of which is the expressive function that enables a person, young and old, to reveal what is in his mind, and what he believes in his relationship with his fellow man and with existence.
this necessitates training the student to acquire the mechanisms whereby he can express his opinions, attitudes and feelings using the tremendous resources offered by the language both in its written and oral parts.
