This study deals with the statement of the subject of the autopsy of the victims in order to reach the truth and the signing of justice.

It goes without saying that there are two principles that contradict the subject of dissecting the body of the victim, namely the principle of infallibility of the physical entity of the victim after her death, the principle of forensic necessity and the reasons for the disclosure of the circumstances of the health death, This is why we examine in this paper the overlap between forensic medicine and the search for legal and real truth, and the principle of inviolability of the victim's body as a human being.
