Abstract EN

This article aims to identify word conjugation inference among the foundationalists, as an important topic of the semantics of words especially in the science of jurisprudence.

The terms include what is clear in significance such as the refereed, the interpreted, the text, the apparent, and what is hidden such as the significance of the sign, the conjugation sign, and the connotation of the concept.

The meaning of the conjugation significance is to combine two words in the command or the negative, and how to judge the correction of each, taking the Qur’an as the source of inference, and applying such rules to other words.

It is noticed that the foundation books lack this conjugation as only a few sources mentioned it.

Therefore, I decided to write on this topic to clarify its reality and how to apply the findings of the study and provide contemporary applied examples.
