The study aimed to the suitable descriptive statement of corona virus according to the Islamic jurisprudence decrease of cost-plus financing contract for the purchase order during corona pandemic, Jordan Islamic Bank case has been displayed for dealing with cost-plus financing contract for the purchase order through corona pandemic.

The study has concluded that corona virus is considered as a pandemic according to an Islamic perspective since it is described as a generality and not necessary to be proved.

It is considered as this is due to the flexibility of Islamic law and the Islamic economy has solutions for any new issues.

It is perceived that the jurisprudent decree of that leads to achieve the contractual balance between both parties of the contract according to the stage of the contract through the pandemic.

Starting of what the Islamic law proclaimed for achieving the justice among people by adjusting the contractual commitments for the contract through recognizing the processes of how The Jordan Islamic Bank deals with cost-plus financing contract for the purchase order during pandemic.

The study recommended to the necessity of increasing the surveys and researches about pandemic and urgent circumstances in addition to the severe power through the contemporary conditions from an Islamic perspective besides to realizing how to make jurisprudential judgments for the financial contracts at Islamic banks meantime pandemic by specialists and declaring them for society individuals.
