Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to understand the role of knowledge management in developing the level of managerial creativity among the workers in the industrial establishments.

This was achieved through the independent variables in acquiring knowledge, The ability to store knowledge, distribute knowledge, and apply knowledge, which are all elements of knowledge management, and their impact on the dependent variable of administrative creativity among workers in industrial, engineering and mineral establishments in Alexandria.

A sample of 374 individuals was surveyed.

For knowledge and administrative creativity and recommended the study to follow the procedures that reach the administrative creativity through mechanisms to implement elements of knowledge management.
