In this study, I dealt with the topic of “credit in the sale of the banking Salam upon entering into any contract and documenting that contract in a manner that defines the rights and obligations of each of the parties.

It was necessary for the bank to seek authentication by several means to ensure that the Muslim can obtain it without any risks that the delivery process or the debtor may be exposed to during execution, including writing, mortgage, personal and in-kind guarantee.

Thus, the Salam banking contract is protected from credit risks.

The banking Salam is subject to a number of controls to guarantee and increase credit: the general controls, including the necessity of writing the contract, and that the writing is undertaken by a third person who specializes in writing the Salam sale contracts and is fair.

The Sharia Supervisory Board that determines the terms and conditions of the contract, mortgage and guarantee, and this is what will be addressed in this study on three demands
