Abstract EN

The paper dealt with the role of human resources management in developing the workforce in Sudan the concept of the workforce ‘ the concept and importance of manpower planning* and what are the responsibilities of human resources management for the workforce.

The descriptive ‘ analytical ‘ historical and case study methodology.

The information was obtained from its secondary and primary sources.

The data were analyzed using statistical methods such as percentages and the use of the chi-square test.

The study progressed with several Recommendations that will benefit those in charge of the matter researchers and interested people‘ the most important of which is the interest in the process of documenting all the stages that the human resource management functions go through according to a mechanism for these Stages in order to facilitate reference and follow-up‘ raise the level of performance efficiency of the employees of the concerned banks through some training programs ‘ Which guarantees increasing the efficiency of employee performance and setting up a specialized system that motivates workers in a clean fair and transparent manner to reduce the negative effects.

The study concluded that the function of human resources management suffers from some deficiencies represented by subjective factors such as the personal considerations of higher management.

The paper included many recommendations that emphasize the need to develop and upgrade the role of human resources management to create an attractive work environment in addition to providing training opportunities and improving the level of wages and incentives.
