Abstract EN

The research dealt with total quality and its role in developing the administrative performance of primary school managers and aims to identify the reality of the administrative performance of managers of the basic stage schools in khartoum state in accordance with tolal quality standards in the field of planning, organization and guidance, and in the field of administrative leadership in the field of evaluation and control.

the study population consists of all managers of basic school in east nile locality, and teachers in the same locality.

the researcher selected the sample of managers through confine of all managers of east nile schools, and the teacher’s sample was chosen by the simple random sample method.the researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach, and the questionnaire was a tool for collecting data.

data analysis by (spss), and the research reached the following results : the administrative planning of the foundation stage managers is positive according to the quality standards, the administrative organization of the foundation stage managers is positive according to the quality standards, the administrative direction for the foundation phase managers is positive according to the quality standards, the administrative leadership of the foundation phase managers is positive according to the quality standards and evaluation and control of a manager in the basic stage was positive according to quality standards.
