Abstract EN

The research aimed at identifying the reality of the university education system in Gaza universities in light of the strategic partnership from the point of view of their employees.

The researchers used the descriptive analytical method and constructive method.

The study's tool was a questionnaire consisting of (34) statements within (4) fields (the human field, the knowledge field, the economic field and the technological field).

The study's sample consisted of (90) academicians in the Islamic University of Gaza.

The main results of the study were as the following: the total score of the study's tool had a medium degree with a relative weight (67.89%), and the fields were ranked in a descending order according to their relative weight as follows: the acknowledge field had a relative weight (71.11%), the human field had a relative weight (70.54%), the technological field had a relative weight (67.44%), and the economic field had a relative weight (63.58%).

As well as, there are no statistically significant differences at ( ( among the averages of the sample ratings on the fields availability of strategic partnership in Gaza universities due to the variables of job title and years of service.

The study has recommended to strengthen communication and integration efforts with community institutions and governmental sector to develop all parts and programs of the university education system.
