Abstract EN

This study aims to search for sources and tools of soft power، and discussed the soft power tools in education in some foreign countries، and take advantage of them in Saudi Arabia.

This study used a descriptive approach and to achieve the goal of the research، the researcher adopted the method of (Delphi) in order to explore the views of experts (sample research)، the number of (30) experts.

The results of the study indicated that، there are three sources of soft power: culture، political values، and foreign policy.

Moreover، high rates of agreement in the goals of employing education as a soft power for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have reached 96.4%، and Soft power tools for employing education have achieved a 91%.

In light of the results of the study، a number of recommendations were made، such as opening branches of Saudi universities in many countries، which is important for strengthening soft power، studying all soft power tools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and building an appropriate strategy.
