هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة الاستقطاب الداخلي و الخارجي في شركة كهرباء اربد، و كذلك قياس أثره الإنتاجية، و تمثل مجتمع الدراسة بالعاملين في شركة كهرباء إربد فتم أخذ عينة عشوائية بسيطة بعدد (200) استبانة، و تم استرداد و عددهم (158)، و تم استبعاد (5) استبانات غير قابلة للتحليل الإحصائي فتم تحليل (153) بنسبة (0.765)، و بعد تحليل بينات الدراسة تم التوصل إلى : أنه تتم ممارسة الاستقطاب الخارجي في شركة كهرباء إربد أكثر من الاستقطاب الداخلي، و تتمتع شركة كهرباء إربد بدرجة ممارسة للإنتاجية بمقدار متوسط يميل إلى الارتفاع، و تبين وجود تأثير إيجابي للاستقطاب الداخلي و الخارجي على إنتاجية المؤسسة، و تم الكشف عن وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين الاستقطاب الداخلي و إنتاجية المؤسسة.
Abstract EN
The study aimed at identifying the degree of practices the internal and external recruiting in the Irbid Electricity Company, as well as measuring its impact on productivity; the study population was represented by workers in the Irbid Electricity Company.
The study depend on simple random Questionnaires, disrupted (200), after collected the questionnaires, away (5) were not suitable to analyzes, so analyzed (153) Questionnaires with a ratio of (0.765).
Found there are a positive impact of internal and external polarization on the productivity, and a positive statistically significant relationship between the internal recruiting and the productivity.
