Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal the reality of e-learning from the point of view of faculty members at Al-Quds Open University in light of the COVID 19 crisis.

The sample of the study sample is (100) from the faculty members of Al-Quds Open University, North Gaza educational district.

With measurement variables related to, (Gender - years of experience - educational qualification - job title - number of e-courses you have studied or taught).

The researcher used the descriptive method which suits the current study aims and assist in describing the phenomenon quantitatively and qualitatively to achieve the goal of the study.

A questionnaire was designed out of three dimensions consisting of (37) paragraphs.

The tool’s validity and coefficient of stability were verified.

After collecting the data, it was coded and processed using the statistical package of social sciences (SPSS).

The study reached to several results, the most important of which are: 1-The arithmetic mean about “the reality of e-learning from the point of view of faculty members at Al-Quds Open University in light of the crisis of COVID 3.75 with a standard deviation of 0.36542 with a weight of 75.06%, which is an average level of response by members of the study sample.

2-The axis "e-learning" has an arithmetic mean of 3.63 with a relative weight of 72.65%, which is a medium level of response by the sample members.

3-The axis is "faculty members." On an arithmetic mean of 3.6575, with a relative weight of 73.15%, which is a medium level of response by the sample members on the axis.

4-The axis "E-Learning and the COVID19 Crisis" is on an account medium of 3.9689, with a relative weight of 79.37%, which is a high level of response by the sample members on the axis.

5-There are statistically significant differences in favor of holders of a doctoral degree on a master's degree in electronic education in the scientific qualification variable.

6-There are statistically significant differences in favor of males over females in e-learning in the gender variable.

7-The absence of statistically significant differences attributed to the study variables (number of electronic courses taught, years of experience, job title) about the reality of e-learning from the faculty members ’point of view in light of the Covid19 pandemic crisis.

The study also recommended that there be joint coordination between the Ministry of Education and the various educational institutions, and take advantage of the Corona 19 COVID pandemic crisis in removing the boundaries between universities and society, and preparing integrated rehabilitation programs for educational frameworks for a real change in teaching methods and methods, and building new and practical models for educational evaluation.
