This study aimed to know the level of the ability of principals of basic and secondary schools in the shobak district to apply the concepts of the educational leadership course from their point of view, and it also aimed to identify the statistically significant differences between the study sample members in their ability to lead educational according to the areas of the test according to the study variables are: (gender, work experience, school gender, educational qualification).

the study sample consisted of all principals and principals of basic and secondary schools in the shoubak district, who were selected intentionally, and their number is (31) principals during the school year 2021-2022.

the standardized educational leadership test consisted of five areas: (objectivity, use of authority, flexibility, understanding others, and knowledge of communication principles).

the results indicated that the general level of the ability of principals of basic and secondary schools in the shobak district to apply the concepts of the distance educational leadership course from their point of view came at the average level.

the results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the practice of educational leadership among principals and principals of basic and secondary schools in the shobak district due to the variables (experience, educational qualification), and the absence of statistically significant differences due to the two variables (gender, school gender).
