Abstract EN

The current study aimed to investigate the effect of using the Multiple Intelligences List strategy in developing the attitudes of eighth grade female students towards the English language, compared to the usual method.

The sample of the study, which was chosen at random, consisted of (54) female students divided into two groups, an experimental group totaling (27) male and female students, and a control group totaling (27) female students from the eighth grade students in the Directorate of Education in Aqaba Governorate for the academic year 2022/2021.

To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the quasi-experimental approach, where the study tool was designed: a measure of the students' attitudes towards the English language subject consisting of (22) items.

The results of the study showed a statistically significant difference at the level (a = 0.05) between the two groups in favor of the experimental group that studied using the teaching strategy based on multiple intelligences.
