This study aimed to identify the extent to which government school principals practice in raising the Rusaifa Brigade to manage school crises in light of the Corona pandemic from their point of view.

The researcher, in order to study the responses of government school principals affiliated to the Rusaifa District Education Directorate to this questionnaire.

This study was applied to a sample of (86) principals in public schools affiliated with the Directorate of Education Rusaifa, and the study sample was chosen intentionally from the study population consisting of (86) principals in the first semester of the year 2021/2022.

The researcher prepared a questionnaire, the paragraphs of which were divided into two areas: The first field: the extent to which government school principals practice in raising the Rusaifa district for crisis management in light of the Corona pandemic from their point of view.

From their point of view, to manage crises in light of the Corona pandemic, and this field includes (13) paragraphs, as the study tool was distributed through social networking sites to the study sample through an electronic questionnaire, After conducting the statistical analysis through the (SPSS) program and presenting the results, it was found that the general indicator of public school principals’ practice in raising the Rusaifa Brigade for crisis management in light of the Corona pandemic reached (3.58), which indicates an average level of public school principals’ practice in raising the Rusaifa Brigade to manage crises.

Crises in light of the Corona pandemic, and the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the function level (0.05>a) in the extent to which government school principals practice in raising the Rusaifa Brigade for crisis management in light of the Corona pandemic, due to the variable (gender, educational qualification, number of Years of Experience).

The study recommended the need for public and private school principals to obtain practical training through holding training workshops and seminars in the school, as well as the need to benefit from the experiences of other advanced Arab and foreign countries in dealing with the crisis and its application in the Jordanian Ministry of Education, to manage crises in emergency situations in all educational institutions.
