Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of secondary school principals in the northern Mazar district of management excellence standards from the point of view of secondary school teachers themselves.

The descriptive approach was adopted.

A questionnaire was used to collect data, and it was distributed to a sample of (317) male and female teachers who were randomly selected.

The results showed that the degree to which secondary school principals in the Northern Mazar district practice the standards of excellence management from the point of view of secondary school teachers themselves is medium, and that the dimension of “distinguished leadership” came to a medium degree, and there are statistically significant differences in the average temperatures in the first class secondary schools affiliated to the secondary educational institution of the Northern Mazar Brigade due to the difference in the variable years of experience and expertise in secondary schools .In light of the results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, including: the necessity of the Ministry of Education to empower educational leaders towards achieving administrative excellence, and to encourage teachers to achieve standards of management excellence and motivate them towards it, and formulating educational strategies aimed at achieving excellence management in the educational field.
