Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify the characteristics of the leader-manager from the point of view of the members of the administrative and teaching bodies in the Kasbah, Madaba and Naour districts.

The districts of the Kasbah, Madaba and Naour, are divided into three areas: the personal characteristics of the school principal consist of (16) paragraphs, and the field of human attributes of the school principal consists of (14) paragraphs.

And the field of social attributes for the school director and it consisted of (14) paragraphs, which were applied to a sample consisting of (211) administrative and teaching staff members from the Madaba and Naour districts.

The Kasbah of Madaba and Naour came at a high level, and there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a<0.05) in the degree of availability of the characteristics of the leader-manager from the point of view of the members of the administrative and teaching bodies in the districts of the Kasbah of Madaba and Naour attributed to the variables of gender, years of service, academic qualification, the difference in the directorate, and the presence of Statistically significant differences attributed to the change of occupation and in favor of the administrative body .
