The study aimed to identify the obstacles facing school principals in achieving administrative creativity from their point of view, After verifying its validity and stability and applying it to the study sample consisting of (80) principals in government schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education of the Russafa District / Jordan, who were chosen intentionally, in the first semester of the year 2021/2022, where the study tool was distributed through Social networking sites on the study sample via electronic questionnaire.

Among the most prominent findings of the study: that the obstacles facing school principals in achieving administrative creativity from their point of view obtained arithmetic averages with average degrees that ranged between (3.393.52), and organizational obstacles were the highest, and personal obstacles the lowest.

The general indicator is (3.48), which is an average with a medium degree, which indicates an average level of the obstacles facing school principals in achieving administrative creativity from their point of view, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a 0.05 > ) between the sample members’ estimates of total obstacles and organizational obstacles The challenges facing school principals in achieving administrative creativity from their point of view are attributed to the gender variable, and the differences were greater for females.

And there were no statistically significant differences at the level of the function (a<0.05) between the sample members’ estimates of the organizational and personal obstacles and the social and cultural obstacles that face school principals in achieving administrative creativity from their point of view due to the variable of academic qualification and experience, and the study recommended the need to encourage the administrative authorities in the Ministry of Education And education to accept and support the culture of change in the school, and the need to hold training courses for school principals in the field of creativity.
