The current research aims to take advantage of the expressive connotations of heritage murals as unconventional approaches for teaching woodwork, especially that the field of woodwork in recent times has focused on topics that seek to express wood materials and benefit from their aesthetics, as well as a historical study of the importance of heritage murals and their connotations through the ages and their impact on Producing contemporary woodwork in accordance with the methods and techniques of the field of woodworking with emphasis on the aesthetic and expressive aspect found in the murals that the researcher will benefit from its analysis.
