One of the greatest rules of sharia that took into account the costly is to raise embarrassment and distress, and to achieve the interests of the people in the urgent and future, it was the evidence of custom, approval, and interest sent from the evidence considered in Islamic law, the dispute between scholars was a jurisprudential necessity, depending on the evidence and understanding the significance, while not forgetting to take into account people’s conditions when issuing a ruling or fatwa; what made working with a weak saying has its effect on rulings that take care of the interest, or that are based on removing hardship, so that working with the weak saying is considered an urgent need, this is what made the researcher resolve to study the work of the weak saying and its impact on rulings, by mentioning the most important things related to it in order to know the meaning, and then applying it to a number of issues; to be clear what is intended, and to have what he wanted.
