In this study, I define the meaning of the prophet's desisting, then I Re-affirme looking back to the time and space context when extracting the laws.

after that, I have attempted to detail the content by reading into the apparent contexts to his desisting, and stressing emphasis on the most important ones amongst those contexts with detailed explanation and illustrating examples, as well as extracting its meanings and spotting the purpose behind them while eliciting the laws.
