Any university institution that does not have the characteristics of the workforce (administrative staff), which differ from one employee to another, given the environment in which he lives and the extent of its influence on his behavior.

we also do not forget the professional mixing with colleagues and the diversity of behaviors and cultures that affect the communicative process within the institution, and in our study, we wanted to describe, analyze and explain those social and professional peculiarities and the extent of their impact on imparting the administrative employée to a culture of violence that he practices in his professional environment, and to give appropriate solutions to move towards a strong organizational culture that eliminates the phenomenon of violence in the university environment.
