This study aims at analyzing the ruling to take the da'if hadith (weak) as evidence, and this occurred after identifying the definition of the da'if hadith and clarifying the difference between it and other types of hadith, leading to assert the ruling to take the da'if hadith (weak ) as evidence.

based on what was stated in the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet.

In this study, the descriptive approach and the content analysis method were adopted to achieve the objective of the study and answer its essential question.

The study found a group of results and the most significant one was the da'if hadith (weak ) is not taken as evidence in Islamic doctrines and Sharia law, but it is taken as evidence in virtues, invitation and intimidation, Allah only knows.

The study recommended the necessity of distinguishing between what is acceptable and what is rejected from the hadith of the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, and not to depend on weak and fabricated hadiths.

The authentic and good hadiths of the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, are the best knowledge and awareness for them on the path of Da'wa 'Islamic Call'.
