Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the factors influencing the use of tracking applications of the Corona pandemic (COVID-19) from the point of view of application users in the Makkah region, and the factors were (perceived benefit, perceived ease of use, convenience, degree of complexity, behavioral intention), and the research adopted On the descriptive analytical approach to data collection, where the questionnaire was adopted as the main tool for data collection, it was distributed to a random sample of application users via the Whats App social networking site, and the study population was represented by application users in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, and (202) respondents were obtained.

The data was used using the Statistical Analysis Packages for Social Factors (SPSS22), and one of the most prominent results of the study was the users’ conviction that there is a perceived benefit to the Corona pandemic tracking applications, as the weighted average was 4.25 out of 5 with a degree of approval strongly agree.

General from the point of view of users’ employees, where the weighted average was 4.28 out of 5, and users see the suitability of the Corona pandemic tracking applications to the current situation, as the reference average reached 4.17 To an agreeable degree, and among the most prominent recommendations of the study is the need to conduct scientific research on problems related to the adoption of technology, new innovations and scientific treatment methods that can be implemented on the ground.
