هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف على دور الرأس المال البشري بمختلف أبعاده في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بمؤسسة سوناطراك "بسكرة"-حيث أصبح ينظر لرأس المال البشري كمورد استراتيجي يسمح بزيادة قدرة المؤسسة على المنافسة و تحقيق النجاح و هذا بعد تحول الاقتصاد إلى اقتصاد قائم على المعرفة، و لتوضيح العلاقة بين متغيري البحث تم استخدام الاستبيان لجمع البيانات و قد وزعت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة حجمها 66 فردا و استرد منها 60 استبيانا، كما تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية SPSS لتحليل البيانات.
و من النتائج المتوصل إليها في ضوء الدراسة أن هناك دور لرأس المال البشري بأبعاده المختلفة "الكفاءات، المهارات ، المعارف" في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة.
Abstract EN
This study aims to identify the role of the human capital in achieving competitive advantage in the Sonatrach foundation “biskra”, the human capital becomes an important factor that empower the company to enforce competition and success.
this is mainly because economy becomes dependent on knowledge.
to gather information, we made a questionnaire using a sample composed of 68 persons, but we got just 60 samples, also the program SPSS was used to analyze the data statistically.
throughout our results, we have reached the conclusion that the human capital with its different aspects (competencies, knowledge ; skills), has a great role in achieving the competitive advantage in our sample foundation.
