Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the impact of organizational conflict management strategies on the organizational citizenship behavior of the heads of departments of faculties at Jijel university from the viewpoint of the faculty members.

the results of the study concluded that there is an effect of the strategies of cooperation, settlement, and control in the organizational citizenship behavior of the heads of the departments of Jijel university faculties from the viewpoint of the faculty members, while there is no effect of the strategies of accommodation and avoidance on the behavior of organizational citizenship among the heads of departments of Jijel university faculties from the point of view of the faculty members.
