This article addresses the issue of education of formats and meanings in Arabic based on colonial linguistic realities, to answer a fundamental question: how do we know meaning and structure under the customary (cognitive social) or cognitive conflict theory? how does this theory affect the cognitive attainment of the Arabic tongue learner? the first represents the late calum (expression), the second is the form of the way, the significance and the deliberation.

in an attempt to give a new vision of the orbit, it is necessary to eliminate the standard modeling of the educational process of linguistic phenomena from meanings and formats in the gates of grammar and language to achieve effective results in overcoming the difficulties of the lesson and rhetoric on the one hand and to know the necessity of linguistic expansion in the light of contemporary challenges.
