تتجسد ظاهرة التعدد اللغوي في عدة مستويات من التواصل، فأثناء التبادلات اليومية نلاحظ استخدام عدة لغات في خطاب المتكلمين الجزائريين.
وعلى هذا الأساس اخترنا في دراستنا طالب المدرسة العليا للعلوم التطبيقية بتلمسان، حيث أعرب بعضهم عن عدم ارتياحهم لاستخدامهم اللغة الفرنسية أثناء تعليمهم، وهنا تتبادر في أذهاننا مجلة من الإشكاليات: لماذا يشعر بعض الطلبة بهذا التردد نحو لغة يستخدمونها منذ السنة الثالثة ابتدائي؟ و هل مستواهم في اللغة الفرنسية جد منخفض؟ و كيف يمكننا أن نرفع ونحسن من مستواهم ؟ نحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية الإجابة عن كل هذه الأسئلة وأسئلة أخرى من خلال دراسة إحصائية تحليليه تم فيها استخدام الاستبيان كوسيلة إجرائية بالاعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)
Abstract EN
The Plurilingualism is a phenomenon used at several levels of communication.
Although, we can notice the use of several languages in the daily speech of the Algerian population.
For a better approach, we have chosen the case study at the high School of Applied Sciences of Tlemcen.
Therefore, some students expressed their discomfort with the use of the French language in their teaching.
This is why a series of questions were submitted to the students, namely: Why do they feel this reluctance towards a language that they have been using since the third year of primary school? Is their level so low in French? How can we improve it? We hope to provide answers to all these questions and many others through an analytical statistics study that will be done through a questionnaire.

Le phénomène du plurilinguisme est présent à plusieurs niveaux de communication.
D'ailleurs, au cours des échanges quotidiens, il nous a été possible de constater l'utilisation de plusieurs langues dans le discours des communicants algériens.
Pour une meilleure approche, nous avons choisi comme exemple d'étude les élèves de l'École Supérieure en Sciences Appliquées de Tlemcen.
À ce titre, certains élèves ont exprimé leur malaise vis-à-vis de l'utilisation de la langue française dans leur enseignement.
C'est pourquoi une suite de questions s'est présentée à notre esprit, à savoir: Pourquoi éprouvent-ils cette réticence envers une langue qu'ils utilisent depuis la troisième année primaire? Leur niveau est-il si faible en langue française? Comment peut-on l'améliorer? Nous espérons apporter des réponses à toutes ces questions et à tant d'autres, à travers une étude statistique analytique d'un questionnaire, dont l'analyse se fera essentiellement grâce au logiciel SPSS.
