Abstract EN

The main aim of this study is to determine the role of applying the artificial intelligence methods in improvement the quality of the performance and the police services, and to present the most concepts related to the research topic (artificial intelligence, continuous improvement, performance and the police services).

the researcher depended on the descriptive deductive approach to reach the results.

the study concluded a set of results such as : applying the artificial intelligence reflect positive results on the performance and the service of police and organizations, but in the same time there is direct and indirect negative reflective on the performance and the service of police and organizations.

the study recommends that artificial intelligence should be applied on necessary police services and operations in what realizes extra from the improvement in the performance and the services and increase in production, the police should do extra studious and the effective researches around the application for technicalities the artificial intelligence and domain of the application according to degree of the importance and the necessity.
