The study aimed to identify the impact of talent management strategies on entrepreneurship at the Jordanian telecommunications sector, in addition to identifying the extent of interest in, the level of practice of talent management strategies in the Jordanian telecommunications sector, and to reveal the impact and the extent of the correlation and relationship between the dimensions of talent management strategies talent management and entrepreneurship, and achieving the objectives of the study, the descriptive and inferential approach was used in collecting and analyzing data, and using the data collection tool (the questionnaire).

an electronic questionnaire was published via(google drive) in a simple random sampling method on the study sample, which consists of all individuals working at the rank of (general manager, assistant general manager, executive director, department manager, team leader) in the Jordanian telecommunications sector represented by in three companies (Orange, Zain, and Umniah), the study population consisted of (560) employees in the three companies, and (231) were randomly assigned, then analyzed using the SPSS statistical package.

the study reached a set of results, most notably that talent management strategies with its dimensions (talent attraction, talent selection, talent development, talent retention) have a statistically significant impact on entrepreneurship with its dimensions (independence, creativity, proactivity, risk tolerance).

the most prominent recommendations were : increasing interest in investing in talent and development and linking talent management strategies as they are the strategic resource and they are the competitive advantage that cannot be imitated, developing and increasing the activation of the role of polarization to search for talented in the local environment and attract them to work within the organization, and work on the sustainability of entrepreneurship, the interdependence between its strategies and activities by supporting and attracting talented human resources is the main motive for it.
