This study aims to identify the impact of social responsibility on the financial performance of the Arab Potash Company.

which is considered one of the strategic companies in Jordan, and the study period included eight years from the year two thousand and ten until the year two thousand and eighteen.

the results of the study touched upon the presence of a statistically significant effect of the activities related to improving the product, on the financial performance, the absence of a significant effect of the orientation towards social responsibility activities in the financial performance, and the presence of a statistically significant effect of the orientation towards social responsibility activities collectively on the asset rotation rate for the Arab Potash Company, and it was found that that effect resulted from a significant and statistically significant effect of activities to improve the product on the asset rotation rate, in conclusion, the study recommended the necessity of conducting studies related to the current study and the researcher suggests conducting evaluation studies of the reality of the pressure groups to adopt responsibility social in companies in Jordan, and increase corporate interest in the social responsibility.
