Abstract EN

This study aimed to clarify the requirements of electronic management and their impact on the institutional excellence of the Jordanian ministry of education.

this study was applied to the employees of the Jordanian ministry of education, through a questionnaire prepared for this purpose.

randomization of the study population of (300) individuals, as it was valid for analysis (294) questionnaires, with a response rate of (98%).

and the results of the study showed an average level of application for each of the study variables(requirements of electronic management, institutional excellence), where the requirements of electronic management explained an amount of 70.2%) of the discrepancy in institutional excellence, and in light of the results, the study recommended paying attention to the requirements of electronic management and building plans clearly to attract distinguished people and create policies that help develop them professionally and take into account their interests, and conduct other studies related to the requirements of electronic management because of their importance to the performance of organizations in general and the ministry of education in particular.
