أهمية الجانب التطبيقي إبان عملية التعلم في العلوم القانونية : المحكمة الصورية في كلية الشريعة و الأنظمة في جامعة تبوك أنموذجا

Abstract EN

This study aimed at sheding light on the importance of learning through applied methods in legal sciences, by addressing the emergence of the moot court at the College of Sharia and Regulations at the University of Tabuk and its mechanism of action as an applied model practiced during the process of learning legal sciences.

To achieve this goal, the descriptive analytical approach was used by studying the moot court model at the College of Sharia and Regulations at the University of Tabuk during the second semester of the academic year 2021/2022.

The study concluded that the College of Sharia and Regulations at the University of Tabuk uses applied methods through applied learning represented by the moot court in its corridors, which would raise the level of students’ interaction with the usual theoretical legal learning process in general and learn the applied skill aspect in particular.

In light of the results obtained, it was recommended to create a practical guide governs the work of the moot court in order to achieve the greatest degree of effectiveness for its performance, and to find an electronic icon for the electronic moot court at the College of Sharia and Regulations at the University of Tabuk.
