M and their applications in the family, and indicated what the spirit of sharia entails in proving the leadership of the family and the call for its strategic planning, within the framework of what can be legally rooted under (marriage jurisprudence) according to what is stated in the Qur’an and Sunnah, with a marriage between the authenticity of the religious reference and applications of total quality, with the aim of renewing religious discourse by employing the principles that the west has called for applying to achieve competitive advantage in material fields.

the study is based on the deductive inductive approach, and is divided into three sections: first: the family and the application of the principles of total quality management.

the second: the legal rooting of the leadership of the family in accordance with its principles.

and the third: rooting for strategic family planning.

the study reached results, including: resolving the dispute in the conflict over guardianship, and the refutation of the claim that “the family is not a factory, so that we standardize the behavior of its members, and control its inputs and outputs,” highlighting the distinction of god’s law I in laying the foundations of family quality.

the study recommended adhering to the divine approach and its legislation, and inviting researchers to enrich Islamic thought by achieving authenticity for total quality, in various societal environments, with an integrated study, stemming from the two revelations.
