Abstract EN

The current research targeted the impact of the visual teaching strategy in the development of the skills of middle school students in art education through verifying the validity of the following hypotheses : 1-There is no statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level between the two groups (control - and experimental) in the tribal skill test .

2-There is no statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level between the two groups (control - and experimental) in the post - skill test .

The Jumana High School in Baquba was chosen as the sample of the study by 96 students with two divisions for each division (48) students, and a (A) experimental unit and (B) were selected .

The researcher prepared a measure of the performance of the students and the skill of ten paragraphs After applying the experiment on the sample of the research and conducting the test before and after and after analyzing the results using t-test, the results showed : The experimental group exceeded the control group.

The researcher presented a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions in light of the results of the research
