It is long-term by linking the profit in it to a controlled indicator in which the profit changes with its change, thus achieving satisfaction for both the institution and its customers in terms of not feeling unfair to either of them when prices fluctuate or special emergency conditions occur, and that Murabaha is one of the most important contracts with Islamic banks The research dealt with the issue in the light of a documented scientific approach, in which it focused on the meaning, with deep rootedness and clarity of purpose in the evidence.
