This study aims to identify the techniques of the stream of consciousness in the novel “A Scandal in a SIM” by the novelist Issam Abu Shendi, through highlighting his tools and techniques, and also to identify the most important techniques included in his composition and technical levels, through procedural analysis of the novel; As one of the models indicating the presence of the stream of consciousness in the Arabic novel.

The stream of consciousness is one of the important methods adopted by the modern novel; by inventing new methods and techniques in artistic expression, stream-of-consciousness techniques appeared throughout the novel "A Scandal in a SIM".

So the monologue or the internal dialogue came in the form of a conscious monologue, formed by conscious-controlled repercussions attached to the feeling, expressed by the techniques of soliloquy, retrieval, brainstorming, and description with extensive information.
