فرضت مقتضيات الحياة اليوم على المسلمين السفر إلى أوربا و الغرب من أجل الهجرة أو التجارة أو الدراسة أو العمل.
و كذلك جاء غير المسلمين إلى بلدان المسلمين لأغراض شتى.
و لذلك أصبح من الضرورة بناء مجتمع امن متعدد الديانات يسوده السلم المجتمعي.
و تذخر كتب الفقه الإسلامي بالأحكام الفقهية حول العلاقات بين المسلمين وغيرهم من عبادات و معاملات و أنكحه و غيرها من المسائل المتناثرة و المتفرقة في أبواب الفقه.
و قد خصصت هذه الدراسة لجمع هذه الأحكام و المسائل المتناثرة في بحث متخصص ينظر في العلاقات الإنسانية من منظور فقهي، مؤكدا على خصوصية كل دين و اختلاف الأحكام التشريعية باختلاف العقائد والأديان.
و من خلال فصول البحث، تبين أن العلاقات الإنسانية في الإسلام تتأسس على مبدأ السلام لا الصراع، و قد أكد البحث أن مرونة الشريعة الإسلامية و أحكامها و اختلاف أراء الفقهاء قد أرست قواعدا لبناء مجتمع متعدد الديانات يسوده التسامح و العدل وحرية الاعتقاد و حفظ الكرامة الإنسانية و التعايش السلمي و التعاون الإنساني
Abstract EN
This study addresses the issue of the security and protection of the individual and clarifies their role in achieving societal security from a Quranic perspective.
The society's security in the Qur'an is based on security and protection of the individual, the family, and the society in this life and the hereafter.
The issue of protecting the individual is closely linked to community security, which is an important concern for countries and societies, especially at this time of its deterioration.
Therefore, it is not surprising to find in the Book of Allah more than fifty verses that expressly speak about security to ensure the safety of man in all his undertakings.
To this are added the many verses that contained allusions to this aspect of life.
