Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the level of academic boredom among secondary school students and to reveal the differences according to the variables (Gender-Achievement-Grade-Specialization) as well as the degree of interaction between (Gender and Achievement) in the level of academic boredom.

To achieve study objectives, the descriptive approach was employed, and the academic boredom scale was applied, prepared by the researcher.

The sample consisted of 378 male/female students.Main Findings: The level of academic boredom among students is average.There are no statistically significant differences in the level of academic boredom due to( the Gender Variable, the Achievement Variable, the Grade Variable, Specialization) There are no statistically significant differences in the level of academic boredom due to the interaction between Gender and Achievement.Accordingly, the findings recommend diversifying the activities within the school to suit the tendencies of all students to reduce the level of academic boredom.
