Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the relationship of psychological security with the motivation of achievement at work for women working in the public and private education sector in Jerash Governorate.

The study sample consisted of (336) female teachers who were selected using random sampling; including (184) female teachers in the public sector, and (152) female teachers in the private sector, and of each of psychological security and achievement motivation scales at work were used, as the descriptive approach was used for its suitability for the purposes of the study, and the results of the study showed that the level of psychological security came.

The study results showed that there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the scores of the psychological security scale, and the achievement motivation at work for women working in the public and private education sector, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of security.

The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is working to introduce working women’s issues related to psychological security and achievement motivation and how to deal with them in the school curricula and focus on the importance of women’s roles in society.
